The Base Set of 2008 SP Legendary Cuts is made up of 200 cards. 100 base cards that are not serial numbered and 100 short prints numebered 101-200 that are serial numbered to 550 copies each. The first 100 cards are current players while cards 101-200 are historic American figures (presidents and inventors primarily) and retired stars and Hall of Fame players. There is one rookie card in the set - Ian Kennedy.
